Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu:
Check in to your Hotel (Yak and Yeti) right in the centre of the town, just off Thamel. It’s easy to get all the important sights in Kathmandu valley.CH

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu,
Today there is a half day guided tour to visit the old part of Kathmandu Durbar Square in the heart of the old city. Here is the old Royal palace, with its intricate woodcarving and four fine towers. There are several Hindu temples to house for different Hindu deities and images including the resident for Kumari, the young girl who is revered as a living Goddess from mid 18th century. You will get magnificent example of Nepali architecture from medieval period around this Durbar square. Leading away from the square in all directions are narrow alleys, full of the most amazing variety of shops and stalls.
You are free in the afternoon to visit the most important Hindu temple in the valley at Pashupatinath, one of the largest Buddhist Stupors in the world at Bodnath or you may wish to visit the monkey temple at Swayambunath. There should be time for briefing, checking your climbing gear and do all the preparation for the trip. CH

Day 03- 10
You will have short but exciting flight to Lukla and ascend to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar following the footsteps of the great climbing parties. You will spend extra day at Namche Bazaar, the capital of Sherpa people where you may get more supplies for the rest of the trip in Khumbu region. Leaving Namche Bazaar you’ll continue following the valley to Thyangboche where you’ll visit the incredible monastery in the region. You may wish to do Puja (prayer) at the monastery to receive good luck for the rest of the trip in Khumbu region. You will have another acclimatization day at Dingboche. On that day, you can climb Nangkartshang Peak (5,090m) above Dingboche. From the top, you will have a wonderful close-up view of our objective, Island Peak and you’ll get magnificent views of the surrounding glacier around you. You continue on the main trail to Lobuche, from where you will head to Everest Base Camp for the great views of Khumbu Ice fall. BL

Day 11- 13
You will climb Kala Patthar in the morning for acclimatization and magnificent views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and Pumori. Descending back to Lobuje, we leave the main trail, head up to the Kongma La, a steep pass with fantastic views of Nuptse just beside us, and continue to Island Peak Base Camp. The next few days are spent ascending Island Peak. The climb provides a 'challenging alpine experience' involving fine climbing among breathtaking scenery. For the fit, experienced walker this really is a fantastic chance to get as close as possible to some of the world's highest peaks.BL

Day 14- 16
You have at least 3 days for climbing Island Peak for your final excursion on the trip. Ascending on Island Peak either in autumn or in spring season, you will have unforgettable climbing experience once in your life in the eastern Nepal Himalaya. C

Day 17/18
You descend to Lukla via Namche; you may like to celebrate your climbing experience with your staff in the mountain before flying back to Kathmandu. BL

Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu.
We fly back to Kathmandu and spend the rest of the day at leisure. CH
