For many people trekking to Everest base camp through the Solu Khumbu region, home of the Sherpa people, is a life time ambition. The trek begins and ends at the famous Tenzing-Hillary airstrip in the town of Lukla and offers views not only of Mount Everest but also of the 4th, 5th & 6th highest peaks, Lhotse, 8516m, Makalu, 8467m and Cho Oyu, 8201m. We also offer treks to Gokyo Lake through the Dudh Koshi valley, west of Base Camp, where you can summit Gokyo Ri Peak (5483m) which offers magnificent views of the whole region. TAAN Pokhara Chapter Explored New Trail
A team of Trekking Agencies'' Association of Nepal (TAAN) Western Regional Association Pokhara has explored a new trekking trail that starts from Kushma of Parbat and ends at Baskharka of Myagdi district.
